This project included major renovations to various portions of the existing secondary school to accommodate a new large amalgamated elementary school and create new spaces for the YMCA Daycare and the Early Ontario Learning Centre. The requirements of various users and jurisdictions, as well as, maintaining the community auditorium was a key part in the success of this project. Working closely with MC architects, the school board & YMCA, the project was completed on schedule & under budget.
