About this Project
Construction of this large scale project included major renovations, upgrades and additions to the existing Secondary School façade, addition of a vestibule, new parking lot, roof replacement, mechanical & electrical systems upgrades, gymnasium renovations, and various classroom renovations including tech areas, kitchen, and science rooms in order to accommodate the amalgamation of two city schools.
The challenge with this project was that with exception of minor finishing items it was of utmost importance that all major work be completed within the months of July and August over the course of two summers. This required 80-100 tradespeople onsite at any given time, therefore organization and time management was key to the success of this project.
