This was a new build that included construction site preparation, foundation, steel structure, roofing, siding & stone work, insulation, windows, doors & openers, interior garage steel, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, flooring, ceilings, walls, paint, lighting, cabinets and fixtures, landscaping, and a barrier-free washroom. Project design began in January and the building was completed for occupancy by December of the same year.
